`bun run demo:sync`	In-process sync smoke test
`bun run demo:sync:http`	HTTP sync server + client
`bun run demo:sync:postgres`	Postgres reference backend

Verify

bun run demo prints task rows without errors.
bun run demo:sync:http completes pull/push against the embedded server.
With Docker: bun run postgres:up then bun run demo:sync:postgres succeeds.
